Welcome to Coral Cove Villa by Emerald Club Exuma! This 5,300 sq.ft., 7-bedroom oceanfront modern home offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for your upcoming vacation. We are located on an award-winning PGA golf course in a private gated community, overlooking the beautiful turquoise water of Exuma. The Villa can accomodate up to 16 guests.

There are stunning ocean views from every room in the house. Coral Cove Villa features 12 foot high ceilings s on two levels, with an open concept floorplan. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom, so there is enough space and privacy for everyone. The large main level living space opens up to a large infinity pool with a wading area with water loungers. There is also a covered patio featuring an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and dining area for all your entertaining needs. The outdoor area features an outdoor shower and an extra restroom.

Inside, the large main living area opens up to the gourmet kitchen that features high-end appliances. In this main level space, there are many areas to socialize, dine, have drinks, and also watch your favorite shows and movies on the 70" Smart TV. There is also a 55" Smart TV in every bedroom as well.

Coral Cove Villa is approximately 20 minutes from Georgetown (downtown area/groceries), 10 minutes from Exuma International Airport (GGT), and is located next to Emerald Bay Marina.

Upon confirmation of booking, Emerald Club Exuma guests receive access to our complimentary full time on-site concierge. Our concierge will help you save time planning your dream vacation and answer any question you may have around planning your trip, recommended activities, restaurants, or points of interests, and the island in general. Our concierge can also help book any excursions, boat rentals/tours, reservations, in-home masseuse, chef and catering services, transportation, rental vehicles, babysitting, grocery/alcohol delivery and stocking (pre arrival and during stay), and any additional housekeeping services.
